Zipolite’s famous beach is a short ten minute walk but often guests prefer to stay and enjoy the comforts of their villa and the ambiance of Maquil. Everything you need is here. Relax by the pool, grab a drink from the friendly bartender or enjoy lunch at the poolside ClubHouse.
At our next door partner hotel, Casa Sol, there are more pools and Playa Camarón, a tranquil beach where you can kayak, snorkel, or simply lay out in your lounge chair under an umbrella.

Fine dining is practically on your doorstep at our restaurant, Q in Maquil with its stylish interior and views of Zipolite and the ocean. Each evening Chef Cesar Peláez prepares a menu that is sophisticated and contemporary while drawing inspiration from the rich culinary heritage of Oaxaca.
Come and enjoy the laid back vibe of Zipolite with its good restaurants and friendly bars. We are close yet far enough to allow for tranquil evenings away from the noise of the night time festivities.
